Our current tech article blogs are key to proving our expertise to the car world so that customers would go to us first for information, then advice, and ultimately products and services.
Most of these blogs advertise our products and services in a very simple way without forcing any pushy tactics. They explain what things do and how to make a car better, often recommending modding your vehicle with XYZ part. This leads people to buy products, but they are much more informed and convinced they are making a good choice for their vehicles. The articles also cut down massively on FAQ's and Customer Service workload. In fact, many of my article ideas are drawn from listening to what our customer service agents have the most inquiries about.
