Trevor Plagg is a designer, artist, and driving enthusiast living in Grand Rapids MI.
Since my time at ZZPerformance, I undertook the project of re-vamping our instructional content. As a consumer myself before the position, it frustrated me trying to install my new products with poorly written, black-and-white photos and vague, outdated instructions.
I created this template for all new products and began updating all of our existing products based on sales numbers.
With the green push, we moved from traditional paper packet instructions shipped out with each order to a QR code that linked to the website with digital versions of these instructions. While most of our products got a video installation that was also linked, I still believe it is important to have the pdf/photo option as well.
